FREE DELIVERY FOR ALL CHENNAI ORDERS ABOVE Rs.1000, ie, “NO CHARGES APPLICABLE FOR DELIVERY”.
Please Note that Sample Pack has minimum delivery charges, provided the order contains just the Sample Pack and certain combo packs under “Trial Packs” category.
We deliver Marachekku Ennai / Cold Pressed Oil / Cow Ghee / Organic Groceries across India with Chennai being our primary market. Our secondary markets are Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Coimbatore, Madurai, Trichy, Salem, Erode, Tirunelveli, Vellore, Dindigul, Thanjavur, Ranipet, Sivakasi, Karur, Ooty, Hosur, Kanchipuram, Tiruvannamalai, Vaizag plus rest of South & North India. If you are living in Chennai, you can get free delivery of the products. Outside of Chennai is delivered via our courier partner however we will pack it safe to avoid any leakages. We do not ship Butter outside of Chennai due to the nature of the product.
Delivery Area: In and around Chennai city limits
We cover all locations, which comes under Chennai corporation limits & OMR IT Express Highway up to Kelambakkam. For other areas, you may check with us before placing the order. If the order is already placed and it is outside our coverage limit, then the order will be cancelled and the money that you have paid will be refunded back to your original account.
Delivery Outside of Chennai but within India:
Outside of Chennai Shipping Chargers are Flat for every 1 KG as mentioned below up to 10 KGs. Orders cannot be placed over 10 KGs due to logistics issues and we don’t ship outside of India. As you know, we are not big ecommerce to run our own logistics hence we depend on third party courier services. We charge lesser rate for shipping that what our vendors charge us and on order above 5 KGs, we share our profit with you. If in case we cannot ship the product to your location, you get full refund.
Outside of Chennai orders will be packed in Plastic / Foil Pouch ONLY as it is leak proof and delivery may take 7 days – 21 days to deliver by courier depending on the location.

Personal / Fleet Delivery
MicroBasket currently offers weekend delivery only, orders will be delivered to the customer as per the date chosen and it can only be Saturday or Sunday. The order will be delivered between 8 AM to 7 PM depending on the area. Small quantities may also be shipped through courier, for which there is no guarantee on date of delivery.

International Shipping (Coming Soon)
We are soon coming with International Shipping for selected destinations. All payments are to be 100% paid in advance including the shipping fees. The shipping fees will be dynamically determined by the location and the weight of the product.
