This is a hakka type noodles which does not include any seasoning. This is basic Noodles which needs to be boiled. And then you can cook it into any type of noodles like Schezwan, monchou or indian style. This noodles has no added flavour like chicken or egg noodles. It is completely vegetarian. For Non-Vegetarians you can add any cooked meat, fish or eggs of your choice when you saute the noodles.
