Noodles are a type of food made from flour dough which is rolled, cut and stretched or extruded into long strips or strings. Noodles are kept in the fridge for short term storage or dried and stored for future use. They are boiled and cooked with cooking oil or added in soups. They are also often pan-fried or deep-fried. Noodle dishes are accompanied by sauce or can be put into soup. The geocultural origin is specific to each type of a wide variety of noodles.
This is a hakka type noodles which does not include any seasoning. This is basic Noodles which needs to be boiled. And then you can cook it into any type of noodles like Schezwan, monchou or indian style. This noodles has no added flavour like chicken or egg noodles. It is completely vegetarian. For Non-Vegetarians you can add any cooked meat, fish or eggs of your choice when you saute the noodles.
